​The ZILART complex is located on the territory of the former ZIL factory, redesigned for residential development. The project consists of two buildings. The 15-story red brick building faces the embankment with triangular balconies resembling the prows of ships. Balcony rails are cloud-shaped. The 11-story building facing the street adjacent to the promenade has arched windows and a smaller facade structure commensurate with the scale of the street space.
