In the DKZh district, we are creating a new, comfortable urban environment rich in socio-cultural connections, carefully filling vacant lots with new functions and buildings, as if "sewn" into the existing urban fabric of the district, improving accessibility and connectivity.

Development steps:

Step 1
At the intersection of urban flows, we are creating a significant center of attraction – the "Arena Park" public space with a shopping and entertainment center adjacent to it.

Step 2.
With tall towers, we are forming a "park-to-park" axis and creating a hierarchy of interconnected spaces around it – streets, boulevards, and courtyards.

Step 3.
On the vacant lots, we are organizing new, diverse neighborhoods, each with its own silhouette and character.
