The ZILART complex is located on the territory of the former ZIL factory, redesigned for residential development. The project consists of two 9-story buildings. The first, made of light grey brick, overlooks a small area; its facade has evident plasticity of window and door openings. The second, made of red brick, is decorated with white animal figures in bas-reliefs.
