The Meshchersky Les residential complex was designed and built on the site of the former DSK 3 plant. At that time, Moscow was just beginning to build residential blocks on industrial territories - sections of the city excluded from the surrounding context. A solution was found that combined new prefabricated construction technology, individual design and the spirit of the place. The search process lasted almost a year. More than 100 models were made with a variety of color options and window patterns.
