This is a residential building in Solntsevo, the "Luchi" residential complex.. 
The building stands out from the rest of the area's buildings with its clear black-and-white design and sculptural form. It consists of two sections, unconventionally connected by single staircase projections. There is an underground floor with storage rooms under the entire building. Entrances to the residential and commercial parts of the building are located along the perimeter of the house.
