The aparthotel project consists of five apartment blocks and a congress hall. The complex is a focal point, seamlessly blending into its surroundings and reflecting the resort's contemporary character. The multifaceted buildings form a unified ensemble with a central courtyard and a landscaped riverfront promenade.

Underground parking is located beneath the complex.

The buildings will house a sports facility, a spa, and street retail.
