The competition plot location at edge of the center of St. Petersburg asks for a solution that will provide the district with a new kind of public space that will make it attractive for both new and old inhabitants, inject life into the streets and become a center of urban renewal of the district. 
7 different housing buildings 4 to 8 floors high different appearance in order to provide a town-like atmosphere. The open area between the blocks functions as a connecting tissue between them.
