The facade has a pronounced horizontal division, which is achieved by alternating floors with different plasticity. The plasticity is created by triangular bay windows with a maximum projection of 970 mm. The configuration of the bay windows improves the view perspective and insolation of the apartments, the change in the depth of the floor creates a unique image of the house.
The geometry and rhythm of the external facade is emphasized by the uniform placement of windows and the alternation of colored and white edges. There are more than 40 color shades on the facade.
The perception of the facade changes depending on the direction of movement. When moving to the side, only white edges are visible, when moving in the opposite direction - colored ones.
The facades of the house from the courtyard side are solved according to a different principle. The same color palette is applied more precisely in the form of multi-colored inserts between the windows. The facade solution is as light as possible, allowing you to focus on the landscape solution of the courtyard. From the courtyard side, technical balconies open onto the facade, intended for the placement of external air conditioning units. The balcony openings are covered with decorative concrete gratings.
The first floors are partly residential and partly commercial. From the street side, the entrance groups are recessed relative to the plane of the facade. Each entrance has its own color code, which runs through the interior of the entrance group, uniting the courtyard and street space.
